Where did it begin? A 30-year-old manual camera with a dented lens…seeing a print of the New York skyline taken by my Dad…sitting by the fire exploring the pages of a National Geographic…or just walking the woods and discovering nature. Those are just a few of the memories I connect with my love of photography. Those embers were left untended for many years while I wandered the trails of a more ‘practical’ landscape. Those smoldering coals were rekindled by a personal need to balance the cold, barren path I traveled, with warmth and life. My sincerest hope is that I can express my fascination with the world around me with the pieces of it that I show to you.
